"We had reserved the Blue Ridge Suite for one night, but when we arrived, we were informed that we had been upgraded to the Roosevelt Suite. It was beautiful! The words I would use to describe our suite and the hotel would be classy, charming, and relaxing, and the staff was incredibly professional and courteous. Our only regret was that we were only there one night. Next time will be more."

"The room itself and location was amazing. However, we did face an issue with the room where the wifi was not working at all. This made it very challenging as there was no network service. We asked the staff to help and were told that nothing could be done. Also, the shower gel bottle was empty, something which was disappointing for a premium room."

"I’ve never seen such a dirty room. Hair everywhere in the bathroom. Lord knows what all over the wall. The room smelled like mold. Dust and grim everywhere. I don’t know where the good reviews come from on the app but they are untrustworthy. Barely slept all night I was afraid I was going to see bugs. We didn’t dare to eat breakfast because of how dirty everything was. If there had been anything else available we would have definitely left!!!!!!"
