My only issue when booking with VRBO you don't realize some of the "normal" things you find in rental properties were not there until you get there. I've booked with rental properties and there has always been seasonings left in the kitchen (at least salt & pepper). My one complaint is the kitchen: there weren’t many items to cook or bake with, and the ones there were older, scratched and rusty.
