"King size bed, fenced yard for our dog, and good mid-week price are what made us choose this place for a short get away. It really suited our needs and we'll be back! Bed was comfortable. House was clean, nicely decorated, and felt welcoming. Could not get WiFi to work, but our cell phone reception was fine."

"Aside from food, the place was already stocked with everything you need. Nice comfortable setup. Spent a lot of time hanging out on the deck and enclosed porch just enjoying the view and sounds of nature. Nice and fairly secluded spot but still close enough to venture out and explore what Luray has to offer. We visited Cooter's place (The Dukes of Hazard Museum), The Luray Rescue Zoo, The Luray Caverns and the other attractions they have at the cavernsand found us a fishing spot. Just enjoyed...

"Had a great time at Jax Mt getaway! My children loved the movie room and all the inside and outside games! We were only able to use the hot tub once since it was so hot but it was relaxing!! Beautiful mountain escape and if we are ever back to the area we will stay again! Close to Luray and Shenandoah caverns!"

"This cozy cabin was nicely remodeled and decorated. Although a little tight with large dogs and little yard space, there are a lot of parks and trails to choose to walk them. The cabin is fully stocked with almost every item you could need and having the outdoor entertainment was a plus as well. Although you can't see the creek that runs right behind the cabin due to overgrowth, the sound of the creek is very relaxing. The owner, Giselle was very easy and pleasant to work with. "We enjoyed our stay at the cabin, the hot tub and firepit were great. It was a short drive away from downtown Luray which had good restaurants and a distillery/brewery with lots of room to walk around. The hosts were responsive and accommodating."
