From the check in, the lobby, our room, the restaurant for dinner and breakfast we enjoyed every bit of our time. Has to be the best value for money in Liverpool. We highly recommed staying here."

"I had a lovely comfortable room on a high floor with a great view and a window seat too! I was able to watch out cruise ship docking from my window! The staff here were also very welcoming and helpful. My aunty and I ate in the restaurant twice and had lovely food which adapted well to my dietary needs. The only disappointment really was the tea provided - I drink earl grey tea and would have loved some early grey teabags ! "
