"I really expected to be unimpressed from some if the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. My room was on the 7th floor, and had a ceiling fan, so no temperature issues that some have mentioned. Also, no negative smells that I could detect. The free breakfast was good, with many choices-- eggs, meats, cheeses, breads and pastries, juices, and a coffee machine that can make various selections. And in a pretty, parklike setting near the airport (despite that, I heard no plane noise). I also tried the Attitude restaurant. Food was good. One woman server was outstanding. One younger guy was not. All in all, I'd definitely return."

"Everything was perfect with the Hotel except for the shuttle information. I wrote to the hotel asking for the schedule and nobody answered me. I arrived at Madrid Airport at 22:30 and went directly to the hotel shuttles area (Door 10 Terminal 4) I waited 40 minutes and meanwhile called 7 times to ask if the service was available. Nobody answered. I decided to take a cab ($25!!!) and when I was waiting in line, finally somebody answered me and told me there was a last shuttle arriving but I was ready to go with the cab. I have to add something good: breakfast was excellent!"

"The shuttle to/from airport terminal 4 is a A+. Very convenient and comfortable at any time of the day. Nice bed and linings. The breakfast is tasty and full of options even gluten intolerants."
