"The room was clean with air-conditioning coffee machine tea and biscuits, we were met at Reception by Pooja who was very helpful and polite gave us a complimentary drink. Breakfast was a buffet breakfast and was really lovely and tasty. My sister was gluten-free and they prepared some of her breakfast like croissants gluten-free. Unfortunately, and this is the second time it has happened to me. I booked the room for two people when I arrived at the hotel they told me only one person was booked so I had to pay for breakfast for one of us. I was quite upset. When I chatted Expedia, they said there’s nothing they could do but I remember checking the details and seeing it was only for one person and redoing it again so I don’t know how that happened unfortunately I did not check my receipt before I went. It was a busy time for me my daughter was getting married. When we went to redeem our free drink, the bar staff (male) that evening was quite rude to my husbands. He was quite upset with the service at the bar that evening."
