"Quite the experience. Comfortable rooms with functional accommodations. Unexpected 30 very steep stairs from outside to bedrooms. Very difficult parking with NO guaranteed spaces. Overall not great,but ok. Host was very responsive to our requests but nothing got fixed."

"The place was like from a fairytail. Really beautiful and the host Francesca was superb. She knew all the best restaurants and places to go. The apartments is nicely renovated and really really clean. Francesca has her own parking which has loads of space also. We highly recommend staying with Francesca while staying in La Spezia area. "

"We chose this hotel at the last minute as our VRBO canceled on us. It turned out to be a very happy accident. Levanto is a lovely town with pretty streets and great food and the shuttle from the hotel to city centre and station made accessing the local area super easy. The staff was very helpful and had great info/ suggestions for us. The room was clean and the included breakfast delicious. Sitting at the pool after a long day of hiking was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family "
