"I know the local area well and this hotel is the most reasonably priced in this area. Very clean and the staff is exceptional. Our bags were carried to our room without asking for help. They accept pets which is hard to find. There is a large dining room that can be used for meetings or banquets. Highly recommend."

"Hotel is in the middle pf multiple attractions, baseball in Cooperstown and Hockey in Utica. We came for the Hockey at the new Nexus center in downtown Utica. Each time We stayed here we had a well kept room with great service. Our room was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. The room rate is far below the rates in Utica and much larger rooms.
