The in room dining staff was awesome! The food was terrific. The only flaw was in the restaurant. The hostess gave me a fantastic table near the windows. I ordered coffee and juice which came quickly. Then I waited and waited. I did not get a second cup of coffee for a long time. Nor did I get my breakfast for almost an hour. Several groups that came in after me got their food. I only got my food, simple oatmeal, after my waitress checked with the kitchen. No explanation was given for the long delay. In spite of this, I had a wonderful stay and will stay with them again."

"You can walk to almost everything. There is a Yaohan center located right behind the hotel, and a unique food court is situated on the 2nd floor of the building next door. I had the best scrambled egg sandwich there. Across the street is the Aberdeen Center, and there are many restaurants nearby. I would stay here again next time I am in Richmond."
