"I did not expect this level of service to be honest, but felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we stepped in the door.
This was a quick weekend visit and therefore I didn’t have high needs or expectations but the Parker was incredible. Kiti at the front desk made check in a breeze, answered my questions without hesitation, and was there seemingly 24/7 always in the lobby with a smile on ready to help.
The room was spotless, very modern, and had comfy beds. The bathroom seemed brand new and the l’occitane amenities were appreciated. Every aspect of the room was comfortable - the big chairs, the giant TV, the ice bucket (with ice and water machine steps away in the hallway), and the unique dimmer switch which meant the lights weren’t just on/off. The view was nothing special but having a room up high made it easier to take in the sunlight in the morning.
The shuttle is a great perk that helps get around the city without needing to figure out directions or transit.
Having a restaurant up top was unique and there are great views up there. Even being on the 8th floor I found it amazing that the noise and music from the 9th floor restaurant didn’t carry through at all.
The hotel feels compact with a small lobby and driveway but its location is convenient for much of Vancouver. Parking is absurdly expensive at $52/night which is higher than even five star hotels I have stayed at before. Aside from that, this place is a great option and we will be back again."
