"I traveled alone for a three night stay. I was warmly greeted by Marky who gave me an available room. I had a king room on the 3rd floor with a view of the hospital across the street. There is the occasional ambulance siren occasionally but I slept very well all three nights. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom extremely clean and renovated. I turned off the heater because I prefer things cooler. I also liked being able to crack open the windows for ventilation. I loved being able to microwave some delicious leftovers in the basement area where the customer washing machines are. I also loved having access to regular TV programming, not just the ability to cast/stream. Overall I enjoyed my stay and found the staff, especially Marky, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful view from my room balcony. Will stay here every time I’m go to Vancouver. Only snafu is they do not accept debit Visa cards for deposits. I find that very disappointing. They were very kind to pull out a debit machine from somewhere and take a $200 deposit and return it once I checked out but had told me they won’t do it again."
