"Check in took an obscene amount of time. There were only 3 people ahead of us and it took 30 minutes to get to us. They only had one person working the front desk. They need at least one more person if check in takes 10 minutes per person. Everything else was great though"

"Our room was clean, but very unusual. We were right next to the elevator. Very noisy. The bathroom was large, the 2 steps to get into it was very weird."

"There was a staff strike when we were there. Our stay was not pleasant as the dining room, Starbucks, and the pool were closed. It was noisy at times as the strikers were making lots of noises with their shouting and drumming. We had to ask the front desk for anything that we need for our room, however, they were helpful. Overall, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. "
