"Pool was not deep enough for adults. Twenty third floor concierge area for evening appetizers and breakfast was lacking enough seating. Food was awful on 23rd floor in evenings for appetizers with not enough for everyone. Only food served should not be spicy hot! There was not enough food for everyone and everyone doesn’t care for spicy hot food! In a hotel of this status and this expensive, you would expect much better quality of food! Hamburger ordered for dinner, room service, was dry and burned. Gyoza was too spicy to eat!! The hotel is beautiful, room to expectation with exquisite views. Everyone was friendly and helpful!"

"Property close to airport with shuttle bus. Room clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. Onsite restaurant good. Only negative was aeroplane noise, which I appreciate near to airport but other hotels in similar locations have better soundproofing. Chargeable parking."

"Room was clean. They have Dove shower supplies. Bed was very comfy with lots of pillows. Staff was great in am and pm. The airport shuttle was nice. Breakfast was good, not sure why there were eggs one dayand not the next day. Waffles and bagels were good."

"We were not in the main building. Our room had been updated, and the bed was so comfortable. They gave us 2 fresh bottles of water daily. I swam in the pool, which was at a very comfortable temperature, and sat in the sun in the lovely courtyard. We had a little balcony, on which I would have loved a couple of small chairs, but I did stand out there awhile, and we had the door open to let in the fresh crisp air. Although we chose no maid service, the maid in the hall gave me fresh water, and asked if we needed any supplies. The room was VERY clean. My husband ate breakfast and lunch in the restaurant, and said it was good, and filling. For dinners, we walked to a couple of the numerous close restaurants. Altogether, we had a very enjoyable, comfortable stay."
