"Jetted hot tub has only a max time of 15 mins. Which is very annoying, as you have to get up from the tub and walk to timer to set every 15 mins. Location of the hotel is the best part, its close to many restaurants & ammenities."

"Overall hotel is very nice and clean. Reception personal welcomed us highly professional, check in/out was quick and easy. Room clean, bright, with everything what you need during your stay. Our room was on 11 floor and had a beautiful view on Niagara River, Skylon Tower and Clifton Hill. Housekeeping personnel cleaned room while we were out, replaced everything in the room. We have been always asked if we need anything during our stay. The only negative thing about our stay, that hotel management should be more transparent about housing long term events and guest with kids who run around hotel, swim in the pool without proper supervision. We came also with child and understanding when kids around. But pool area and hot tub wasn't in good condition, was very noisy for enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again if hotel will be in more quiet state. "
