"The room had a great view over the river. The room was very clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, however there was a pay as you go dispenser, serving cold drinks in the corridor. The bar area is "

But in an unexpected gesture a phone call was made to a friend, who then brought a scale for our use from her home. This was customer service above and beyond!!"

"After a week and a half of staying in chain hotels, this was a refreshing and charming change. It's in a very old building but the rooms are clean and modern. The single room with a private bathroom had a very small toilet, but apart from that it is excellent."
