"Had not breakfast, was in the morning there anyway just to get hot chocolate and everything was looking perfect. Espresso machine is in the room but no kettle. Bathroom was in spot on condition, bedroom carpet was dirty with some small rubbish lying on. Overall is an excellent hotel for an amount of money we paid."

"Volkshotel was amazing. I stayed in a sleeper cabin which was cheap but plenty comfortable and somehow pretty quiet despite shared space right outside the door (I was there during the week so it might have been less busy). The tubs and sauna on the roof were absolutely amazing and the rooftop bar/restaurant was a total treat. The breakfast they offer was delicious and a screaming deal and the hotel is right on the metro line so despite it not being in the tourist center of the city, it is only about a 10 minute ride to Central Station. Surrounded by a more local neighborhood and beautiful parks, I had the best stay here and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the city! "

"Room was fine, quite big which was nice. Housekeeping is on request so be aware of that. Wish I was told that when I checked in. The location is not the best. Quite far from the centre, will need to be ready to do 16 min walk before having the option of public transport. Not a lot of food places around as well. "
