Great hotel stay and great city views from the rooftop bar.

Title: Exceptional allergy-friendly service — a truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the team at went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. My husband has a serious detergent allergy, and the hotel not only provided special hypoallergenic sheets but made sure every member of the housekeeping staff strictly adhered to our request. That attention to detail gave us real peace of mind. Every staff member we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The rooms and...

The property is in perfect condition. It is safe, clean and in a walkable zone with restaurants and shops. Also easy to reach from the highways. Strongly recommend.

As a woman traveling alone my top priority is always safety. This was my first trip to South Africa and i was a bit nervous. Arthur promptly picked me up from the airport and I felt safe. I just needed a place to get a hot shower, some good sleep, and a hot meal. It was a quick overnight stop for me in between flights. I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend, especially if you are a solo traveler with safety concerns.

Safari Club was a wonderful experience for me! I traveled alone to Johannesburg and the staff were so kind and helpful! They made arrangements to pick me up from the airport and for a driver to show me around the city the next day! I would highly recommend!

The service and rooms are Excellent

i love the Sheraton Hotel. This is the only place where I stay when I am in Pretoria. I am very happy that I am going to be working in and out of Pretoria for the next three months so I will be staying at this hotel for 3 weeks or more at a go.

Friendly staff. Nice, clean space. Beautiful estate to walk around. There is a cat named Socks!!

This is a very nice hotel. Our travel itinerary had us flying into the Johannesburg airport late afternoon and flying out the next day, so we booked this because it looked close to the airport. It is actually attached to the airport, above the parking lot, with a fully enclosed walkway from baggage claim to the hotel. (Grab a luggage cart, it is a long walk.) The hotel is surprisingly nice! Large room. Big shower. Queen bed. Good A/C. Nice restaurant. (Had big salad and pizza, things we...

Conveniently located, great facilities, the staff is superb

Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The design of the rooms are a little bit left-field but that adds to the charm. Restaurant and outdoor living room are both great. I would highly recommend anyone to try this Hotel, Word of warning, the design of the room means the shower is completely open to viewing from the room door so if you're having a shower, use the do not disturb sign or you may give housekeeping a big surprise :)

We stayed for 1 night before getting picked up for a safari. Convenient airport shuttle (pickup from Intercontinental hotel) - nice bar and breakfast buffet.
