"The staff are amazing -- everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. The room was good sized and very clean. The hotel grounds are lovely, with a very nice pool, private beach, and gardens. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, and the restaurant serves alcohol in the afternoon and evening. We liked the Jayakarta so much that we stayed there twice. We will happily stay there again on our next visit."

"It is an incredible value for money stay - in the main town, very easy to find, very easy to check in. The staff were really lovely!! A previous review said they were rude and I found that shocking as me and my friend thought they were so lovely. Room is comfortable but basic but it does have AC! It's a loud area so you will hear the call to prayer in the night but that's the same as any other room in this area, not the fault of the accomodation. First I requested to borrow an extension as there was no power outlet at the desk for me to charge my laptop. Thereafter, I was told none was available.
