"It was so convenient. Super chill. Room was small but it was just for a night. I was able to extend my departure for 6pm which took the stress of my trip. Staff were really accommodating and friendly. Felt safe specially when traveling alone even if it was just for an overnight stay. "I had an issue with dates when I first booked and hotels.com tried to resolve it by phone for me to no avail. The property would not answer or if they did the hotel management would not be available. When i arrived at the property I walked in and found both managers at front desk. I told them about my issue and they promptly took care of it. "
