"I enjoyed my stay but a foul odor was coming from the sink . I notified management and they said they were gonna send maintenance but they never arrived . I did not follow up because we decided we were not going to use that side of the sink. I noticed the temperature in the rooms were hot compared to the living room. But it’s super spacious and the pool and bbq area is beautiful with plenty of space and quick easy access to the beach. I did not enjoy the parking , the parking next to the condo...

"We were impressed with the layout, the cleanliness and the location. The only frustration we had was the TV in the secondary bedroom did not work with the remote that was provided. "

"Place was nice and clean. Did have some damages to walls ( paint scuffs and chips) so I did take pictures before so my guests wouldn’t be blamed. Plenty of towels to use and close to pool. Would stay here again"

"We stayed here with three couples-it worked great with each bedroom having its own bath. Beds were comfortable, but sheets kept coming off (need bigger pocket sheets). There were a lot of bulbs burned out, especially in the bathrooms, making them dark. Bedroom shades didn’t work or were broken. Closet doors were off tracks, and main patio doors didn’t lock. We also found a broken glass under the bed in one room, and we cleaned a couple lights. We enjoyed the location and walking on the beach...

"Did not like the room we stayed only because they gave us on the 15th floor they changed my reservation a day before on the afternoon on hour before they closed I did not appreciate that I booked my reservation a month in advance and to change my reservation like that and we did not like the 15th floor because my daughter had her 2yr old twins we were very disappointed the room was clean and nice "

"The condo itself was great, had everything we needed. The Tiki Property and staff were lovely. Check in had issues. First it's very inconvenient that you have to check in at a completely separate property (La Copa Resort). Then when we arrived at the Tiki, our reservation wasn't there (La Copa Vacations never sent over any of the reservation information). We spent over an hour just trying to check in to the room."
