"I don’t like paying for parking which I did not. I just parked on the side of the road. I think if I’m paying for my stay, parking should be free. That’s my only gripe, I never heard of a hotel that charges parking for the hotel you are staying at."

"We were on the second floor and the elevator was broke down. There was no indication prior to booking that it was under construction. I brought four smaller children who I had to do multiple trips up and down the stairs with and carry heavy luggage. There were big rips in the comforter. The floor in the room turned my white socks black. There were six of us in a room and they only had one towel and one wash cloth. The hallway floor and stairs look like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months. There was food on the couch and chair in our room. Housekeeping came in once out of the 3 nights and took the towels we went and got from the front desk and our wash cloth and only left one towel again. Staff were nice and respectful and the breakfast was well stocked. Hotel is in a pretty decent location."

"There was NO hot water. It wasn’t even warm. I couldn't call the front desk because the phone wasn’t working. Ac worked well, and staff was pleasant. We left early because of the water situation, so didn’t have breakfast."

"El hotel cuenta con una buena ubicacion para ir de compras, en cuanto a la habitacion esta bien, solo que cuando estuve hospedado reporte el clima a recepcion pero creo que no fueron a checarlo porque en la noche siguio igual, pero de ahi en fuera todo estuvo bien."
