"This place has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The communication leading up to and during our stay was excellent. The condos were spacious and fully stocked. They even got us a keurig machine for our stay! Walking distance to some amazing restaurants and groceries. The property has 2 lovely pool areas. Both with hot tubs. One of the hot tubs wasn’t working that well, but the other (by the smaller pool) one was great. My friends and I had a blast for our first time in Scottsdale....

There are at least ten restaurants within walking distance. Agave has the best guacamole. The condo is in McCormick Ranch, which is halfway between Kierland and Old...

The location was excellent with so much going on around us. It was a very safe area and we were able to walk to several different events and restaurants without having to drive anywhere. "The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair."
