"Came for a sports tournament and location was perfect. Greeted by welcoming kind staff member and we were able to check-in early! Evening and next day morning staff member were also very kind. Lobby was clean. 2queens w/ sofa bed was spacious for our family of 5(2 adults and 3 teens). Bathroom clean, water pressure in shower okay. Kid said breakfast was okay with eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, biscuits, fruit, gravy, juice, cereal, milk. Walking distance to main attractions of Gatlinburg strip/stores/restaurants. Parking tight but to be expected. Would stay here again if ever in the are. Thanks for a nice stay Comfort Suite staff :)"

"Fabulous place. Staff was excellent. Very helpful. I even left a jacket, and they found it and shipped it back to me. Location was perfect for restaurants and shopping, too. "

"The property was clean and up-to-date on all the facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The on-site parking was free and had plenty of spaces. Although it does not offer free breakfast, they give you a $10 voucher per day you can use as desired."

"The property is located in a beautiful spot and right in downtown Gatlinburg. The staff were friendly upon checking in. The parking/building #'s are slightly confusing. The room was clean and I love the rustic feel. However the door was damaged badly on the bottom and the ceiling tiles looked like they were going to fall down on meAlso, for some reason the toliet was slanted to be slightly under the conter in the bathroom. So minor improvements needed on that.Overall we enjoyed our trip and stay at the hotel. It is a safe place as well."

"Parking is a little tight but the hotel was great, riverside is probably a better choice for a good view. Staff very nice and helpful. Short walk towards the strip and food places nearby."

"The breakfast was decent. Rooms were dates and lots of holes/ dents in walls. Biggest complaint was there was no hooks to and clothes up. We had clothes for a wedding and had nowhere to hang them."
