"What a helpful staff. The front desk helped book my wife and I a room on short notice very late at night. We left a rental property behind and cancelled our booking there due to many unpleasant issues with the property. We started our vacation out with the stress of all that and needing somewhere to simply sleep, we found this gem of a hotel. The gentleman at the front desk understood our situation and worked with us to help get us a stay there. I’ve stayed at several places in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and this is by far my favorite. Reasonably priced for the location and the looks of the place. THE SHOWER. My wife and I fell in love with the shower because of the rain shower head and great water pressure, it was amazing. It was definitely a much needed save from the bad start our vacation got off to. We will likely be staying here from now on every time we visit Gatlinburg. Love this place!"

Brookside Lodge

"Our room was huge as it was a suite. The decor was nice to fit the brookside setting. We had all we needed with a large bathroom and small kitchenette. The balcony was also large. We enjoyed being out next to the brook. My big complaint is that there was someone outside several times smoking marijuana, which ruined my ability to enjoy the outside. The room tended to be dark. We were disappointed that our maid had not come to make up the room until after 3:30 when we had just come home tired from a long day so we refused the service. We also did not like the breakfast. The coffee was terrible. The staff was great. We were able to check in early, which was huge since we had a 2pm tour booked. Since there is a lot of traffic, we were glad to be able to walk to town within 10 minutes. There is so much to do in the area we didn’t spend as much time at the resort."
