"The room was not what I would call clean. There was no sign of bedbugs or other critters, but it wasn't clean either. Beyond that, our biggest complaint was that that the single elevator was out of order. In my room there were 2 people over 80 and that are fall risks, and stairs are not fun. Luckly we were gone most of the day and didn't need to use them other than once down and once up. I understand that there are time when systems go down, but, when something like that goes down, we be notified so that other arrangements can be make. Don't plan on using them again."
