"Room was just plain dirty. If you walked around barefooted, the bottom of your feet were covered in dirt/dust within seconds. Tub had hair in it and staff didn’t even make the beds after our first night. Things improved after my spouse talked to the cleaning staff. Also, was hit with an unexpected parking fee when we first arrived. On the good side there’s a beautiful creek that runs along the back of the property and the staff were generally friendly and helpful."

"Room was very clean upon arrival we got the romantic suite . Was very nice . The location is perfect it’s actually the best hotel to go to walk around gatlinburg it’s right in the middle of everything which we loved we never took our car anywhere. I’ll definitely stay here again !"

"My family enjoyed our stay here. Was happy that we could park in the lot before check in. It's a convenient short walk to the strip. We enjoyed the shaded patio next to the creek, the indoor pool section was just like the photos, and breakfast was good although you do have to pay for it. We had also eaten dinner there and the pizza and fried ravioli bites were delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Now I understood you do get what you pay for so wasn't expecting much, the actual rooms were pretty outdated and I didn't really think it through getting a room by the pool- was very wet mildewy smell as soon as you walk in and the curtains have to be shut unless your okay with everyone seeing in."

"Room is need of refresh, but location and rooms were nice size and wrap around deck with 6 chairs and table was used. Hot tub and indoor pool were nice. In room hot tub was powerful, and large master bath size was great. Parking is tight but covered. Did not like new owners time share push, but I don't want a part of. Not sure what might to rent here again with time share push. But this stay was OK."
