"This hotel was wonderful. We went for an overnight visit to Chicago with our daughter’s family. The location was perfect for all the sites we planned to see. A number of good restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. We had fun in the beautiful pool with our grandsons. It had just been reopened after renovations. The pool room was a bit chilly and the water could have been warmer but we chalked it up to having just reopened. We were all freezing after swimming for about 45 minutes. Check-in was fast and easy and the young man that helped us was a delight. Great beds and shower. Breakfast in the CBR was wonderful. One of our young grandsons has food allergies so the menu was very limited for him. We brought in some vegan doughnuts for him but they wouldn’t let him eat them in the restaurant. That was disappointing for us all, especially him. Overall, a really good experience and we would definitely come back again. "

"The hotel was great! Clean rooms, never an issue with bathrooms and despite one of the elevators being out of order, we never had an issue. The breakfast was also great. "
