"Friendly staff and very helpful, food was adequate. Bed was very uncomfortable, woke up with lots of aches and pains, also extractor fan was not working in bathroom, this was pointed out to staff. Also we found that the lighting was very poor, particularly when trying to apply makeup, a small lighted mirror in the bathroom would help."

Food needed a bit more zip to the evening meal, and was shocked to be paying parking, as was I. biggest problem was travellers rolling suitcases at 2 am, I will use again but I'll ask for end of coridor room"

"We've stayed here before and it's quite convenient for Stafford show ground. It's a budget pub/hotel, but it's great value and the staffs are lovely. Becca is really excellent and has befriended a few off the older locals and helps them along with advice and a chat. It's not posh, but then it's very cheap. We'll be going back 👍"
