Heidi welcomed us with the best banana bread I’ve ever had and Gary ensured we could brave the snow by clearing the parking lot for us. It was the perfect getaway. I highly recommend staying w them, we will absolutely be returning in the future :)"

"This is the cleanest, most well stocked house we’ve ever stayed in! It was like being welcome at a dear friend’s home where you need to ask for nothing as it’s so thoughtfully ready for you. All of the essentials were there and much more. Heidi even left us with home made french crepes for breakfast, sourdough choco-chip cookies and fresh cream for the great coffee provided! Our table was set for breakfast and the house was decorated for Christmas, even a & mistletoe! We had a white Christmas and hiked up and down the frozen beach with our doggie loving it. We even trudged thru snow in the porkies and on trails along spectacular icy waterfalls. Thank you, Ivan and thank you, Heidi, for a most memorable Christmas for all our family. We hope to return again for more of your hospitality and the beauty of Lake Superior and the UP of Michigan!"
