The host was easy to contact! Should we return to the space coast we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!"

"This was an excellent place for us to stay. Less than 5 minute walk from the beach, with all the necessities provided, chairs, umbrella, etc. Got to meet Stephanie and her husband personally on the beach while watching one of the launches from up the beach. I could only recommend that condiments(sugar, salt,pepper) be provided."

"This was a spacious corner unit with a wonderful view of the beach and the pool. Unit was clean, had silverware pots and pans, and a coffee maker. It was everything that we needed easy to check in the code was provided and we were able to access the unit right when the owner said we could. Will definitely book again!"

"this is a great location , next to the pier . this place is on the beach , was very clean . the only problem was the leaving instructions , management has one set and the room has a different set . the rooms instructions are not to sanitary"

"Our condo was just beautiful and clean.. we saw the space shuttle from our balcony.. we were right in the downtown where the boat races were. Now.. the building is old, leaking water, needs work…they are doing some work so you can’t sit on your balcony Mon-Fri 8-5. But we were only there Thursday-Monday. Overall… great mentee made Thank you!"

"This Condo is beautifully decorated and updated, squeaky clean all around with comfortable furniture and well stocked with everything you need. Host is friendly, personable and proactive. The check in and out process is super easy. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! The view is amazing and the location is wonderful. All around a 10 out of 10! Thanks so much and we can’t wait to come back again! Everything was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy our vacation."

"We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!"

"Perfect stay for late May!! Wonderfully updated equipped spacious 2bedroom 2bath condo on 4th floor! The building itself is not fancy but it absolutely has everything you need. Balcony overseas pool with wonderful views of beach & beach entrance! 8 ft deep pool was in nice shape to swim in. Very capable wash off stations to get sand off from beach. Walking distance to some restaurants- shops and downtown cocoa beach 3/4 mile to the south for that cute area. Atlantic Ave/A1A is busy divided road...
