"Really cute boutique hotel with nice rooms. The center courtyard has tables, fire pits, a bar, etc. check in and out was very simple. Centrally located in downtown Wilmington, everything we wanted to do was extremely walkable. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. "

"We went into this vacation thinking we would have a very relaxing week on the beach. The house was everything we wanted and more. Our week was better than we had hoped for."

"The room was very quiet. But, the towels were in disarray so we had to request replacements. The desk clerk brought them herself within a timely manor. The room has a strange smell which I attributed to it's proximity to the tide water nearby. The breakfast was excellent! So fresh, well kept and nice variety. Also, the staff and night clerk were all very nice and attentive."
