"We were attending a wedding in nearby Portsmouth, but wanted something a bit quieter. Boy, did we find the spot! Nice, quiet street, house on a nice size lot, with super easy access to all points. Beaches in York are literally less than a 5 min drive. Next time we stay, we’re hitting the beaches!!"

"This was our fourth year renting this property for our annual "girls weekend". We are a group of five, four of which are now retired. "We booked this house for a family vacation. The beach is a very short walk across the road. The location was perfect. The house itself had more than enough room for our family consisting of 4 couples and 1 young child. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, it had everything we needed. Highly, highly recommend this house for larger groups that need multiple bedrooms and the extra space. We will most definitely be booking again!"
