"This is a simple local place. Hotel staff walked with me to get me settled in my room. The shuttle was early and so was I. A good location, an easy walk to the beach. I was a little nervous as a woman traveling alone, but I was well cared for."

"The hotel itself was fine, and we had a very comfortable stay. The problem was finding our way from the airport to the hotel. I don't recall seeing any information on the listing for how to catch the shuttle. I had contacted the hotel earlier in the day of our arrival to ask about details about how to get to the hotel from the airport, but I received no reply. At the time of our arrival, after we finally found out where to wait for the shuttle, it dropped us off at the wrong stop. The announcement on the bus said next stop was the hotel, so ourselves and a few other people got off at the next stop, but it was not the hotel, and we had to wait another 15 minutes for the next shuttle to come by. So I would say what's needed is better communication about how to catch the shuttle, and better communication while on board the shuttle."

"Breakfast was great and extensive spa facilities nice, but were a little overcrowded, and we were there during mid-week. Room was nice, but we had to move rooms the first night do to a bad smell in the room., and an unattended dog barking next door. Staff was great and moved us and gave us an upgrade to a suite, without hesitation. All in all it was a nice break between a long European trip and our return to the US. Better than any other nearby airport hotels. In my opinion, a few days stay at this hotel is enough as other than the spa faciities, there is not much else to do nearby."

"Daniela was at the front desk and she was lovely. Very helpful. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Daniela arranged the early morning taxi for us to the Fiumicino airport and he was right on time at 6am. There was quite a bit of revelry from local restaurants that kept us up until midnight, but, overall I highly recommend. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by this property. It's clear they are updating the rooms, but our particular room was clean and new and very quiet. Our towel warmer wasn't working but I think that was because the electrician was still onsite hooking things up. We walked down to the wharf and had lunch on the beach, spent a few hours poolside and then had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The quality of the food at dinner was excellent, and the wait staff were attentive and kind. Cannot beat this location for a stay before flying out the next day. We would definitely stay here again. "
