"The Meriton in Parramatta is in a great location, close to the Ferry & a short walk to the train station, also has a Woolies Metro next door so super convenient. The apartment itself was clean & quiet, only downside was the couch was a little uncomfortable to sit on but other than that it was great. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful, nothing was an issue, we had the pleasure of being served by Marija who was an absolute pleasure to speak with as was Declan, in fact all of the staff were terrific, they were all very happy & seemed to enjoy what they were doing & it certainly showed with the way they treated the hotel guests. "Amazing place to stay"

"Superior room and bathroom is very spacious, clean and well fitted out with everything we needed. Beds were good. One minor TV glitch stopped it from being perfect. Location as part of WestHQ is such a bonus as well. "
