"Everything was nice and clean. The staff was really nice and check in and out was easy. The continenal breakfast was good too. The only negative was the sliding bathroom door could not be completely closed from the inside. Great stay overall!"

"This was actually one of my favorite stays traveling with a dog. It has a lot of grassy area to walk, next to a big open field. It is quiet, and the courtyard is well landscaped with pretty flowers. The staff was nice. Plus very affordable! Just stayed one night, passing through. The room was basic and clean. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Chestnut House! The pictures online were beautiful, but seeing it in person was even better. The picturesque landscape and the calming sounds of the Piney River truly made it feel like a slice of heaven.The host went above and beyond, providing unexpected extras like donuts, eggs, and popsicles. My 1-year-old and 5-year-old grandchildren had an absolute blast. We will definitely be returning!"
