"Amazing and responsive host, check-in was a breeze. Well appointed kitchen ready for large groups, lots of food and cooking. LOTS to do in the house, many spaces for large groups, PERFECT for the entire wedding party, good amount of parking at house and overflow at end of driveway on street. Beautiful location that lends itself to excellent photo backgrounds. HIGHLY recommend!!"
"Absolutely LOVED everything about our stay. The house is beautiful. Everything was well stocked. The towels feel amazing and there were plenty available. Check-in and out was seamless. The location was perfect - far enough away to be secluded and private but still close to things we wanted to do. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night and enjoying the view from the porch in the mornings. We will definitely be booking again soon! "
"We had a great 5 night stay. Room arraignment and bedding worked out perfect for our group. The pool, yard and basketball hoop were all a hit and kept everyone entertained. Lot's of nice brewery's around drinks and food. Played some golf and did a waterfall hike up at Wintergreen. Walked around Charlottesville also. Their was a nice walk right in the neighborhood where some saw a black bear, deer and lot's of bunnies. We had a great time and would recommend this home. Property manager was very prompt with anything needed and the owner always got right back to us when we had any questions. Everyone was very nice."
"This place worked perfectly for a friend meetup near Wintergeen! Near Bold Rock cidery and three notch'd brewery, and we stopped at Bear Creamery for an ice cream flight! Laurie responds quickly, we found the house just as described. Comfortable and very clean, in a nice residential neighborhood. We appreciated the screened in porch and the A/C during the day. Highly recommend this getaway! "
"We stayed at this property for 4 days and it was a great choice regarding it's proximity to all of the surrounding destinations. The location is perfect for getting around and a provided EV charger is an added bonus if you can take advantage. The area is quiet so if you want to stay in and relax like we did for part of our stay, it is a great choice as well. This was our first time staying in a tiny house, so it did take a little time to adjust to the challenges such as the tall steps and the crawling to get to the loft. The toilet took a little time to get used to, but Steve did a great job of outlining these in the description before booking as well as providing a helpful manual in the house. Finally, Steve does a great job of checking in before your stay and has a great line of communication throughout the stay which allows you to voice any concerns as needed, but at the same time gives you your space if you just want to be left alone. Overall a great stay and would stay again!"
