"Everything was great, from friendly staff to cleanliness, the only complaint i have is that parking is $25 a night from the mall across(or $60 a night for valet parking), which i felt that guests that stay in the hotel shouldn't be charge for parking."

"I experienced some issues that were out of the hotel's control, such as construction noise around 1–2 AM. However, after a quick call just to verify the sound, the staff didn’t hesitate to offer me a room switch to the other side of the hotel. I really appreciate the quick response and excellent service. "The shuttle to Disneyland is reliable and easy, and they take pains to accommodate rush times. I have never had any problem getting back and forth when I needed to. It's worth staying there just for that. My suggestion for improvement is that the rooms could use some USB charging ports, and the room's desk area wasn't near a convenient outlet for the computer - a bit of rearranging would make this better."
