"Very disappointing stay. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The carpet had numerous stains, and the overall condition of the room felt dirty rather than simply old. "Our stay was excellent! Staff were friendly and greeted us whenever we showed up. They were accommodating to our needs and knowledgeable of our questions.
