"Clean, high-tech, all you would need for a 2-3day stay at Chicago. I love how central it is to all the attractions. Bed is comfy & room is cozy. Only negative experience we had was being woken up at 7am or earlier due to an obnoxiously loud protest going on at Hilton Hotel next door, but I don’t blame CitizenM for it. Overall my husband and I truly enjoyed our stay! "

"Prime location of the hotel immediately by the River Walk in the Chicago Loop. Walking distance on Michigan Avenue, Millennium Park, Grant Park, Chicago Theater, retail and restaurants. Service at the front desk was good, especially by Daisy. The Plum Restaurant inside the hotel was superb. Great food, drinks and service."

"I enjoyed not paying resort fees, having only an overnight trip to see the French government. Breakfast include was a major plus. Will come back next time "
