Thanks to the house keeping team that kept my left belongings safe that I just collected 2 days ago. I can not remember the name but sounds like “Eloisa”. To the frontdesk agent, Sebastian, he is always willing to assist and full of knowledge about the city. I will stay her again. 🙏"

They have breakfast in their nice restaurant area, the hotel room is actually quite spacious, they have views of the city, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and it is the safer side of Bogota. There are many restaurants right nearby, you don’t have to pay for a taxi you can just walk right by. 10/10 recommend. "
