"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at so far. I called in advance to let them know when I was arriving. I asked to get picked up from the airport at a certain time and they accommodated. I arrived at the hotel and check in was easy. The room was spacious, felt like an apartment. I got a room with a queen sized bed on the 4th floor. I liked how the whole place looked. Everything was clean for me and I was satisfied. There is no A/C, but there were two windows that allowed air in. Bogotá's climate is pretty cool so there is no need for an A/C in my opinion. Breakfast was included in my reservation. The food was good, so take advantage of it. There are so many restaurants around the hotel. You can walk to so many places. It's a safer neighborhood. Something else that can ease your worries is that you have to buzz in to enter the hotel. If you are having a guest over, they will ask for their identification and there is a curfew for guests, could stay until 10 or 11pm. This is for safety reasons and I think that's a great perk. The morning shift receptionist and morning cleaning worker were so nice. Talked with them throughout the week. Would be a reason to return to the hotel. Thought the place was pet friendly, but I was told they weren't on my last day at night. The listing says they are, but maybe you have to ask in advance to allow pets. I would love to come back, so next time I'll contact them in advance about the pets."
