"Hotel looks better on website, not as I expected. Overall it is okay but would probably try a different hotel on my next visit."

"The staff was nice. The property was a little outdated. The air conditioner in the room was terribly loud and made it very difficult to get any sleep. I checked out and went to leave and my vehicle had been blocked in by the valet for the restaurant in the hotel. I would’ve had no way to figure it out if it weren’t for another couple trying to check out and leave the parking lot and discovering the same thing. I used SpotHero to pay for parking in a lot the hotel did not own yet the hotels restaurant valet still parked in front of me and at least 8 other vehicles in the lot.That is ridiculous to me. There are much better properties in Chicago to stay where this situation is guaranteed to not happen. "

"Carpet smelled so bad. Couch was very old and was missing zippers. Windows looked nothing like the pictures. Got charged 50$ for amenities which pool / sauna was closed. Will give them another chance and maybe update this review "
