"Room was clean, plenty of towels, would've been nice to have a small fridge, particularly in summer. Balcony was a lovely surprise and all, ALL the staff smiled and were very friendly. I could be cynical and attribute this to the new management 'bounce' but hope it shall continue as I am looking forward to return soon. "

If you're tired of characterless, identical chain hotels and fancy seeing London from a different perspective, this is the place for you.
