"We initially were given a room with no view but we paid for a room with a view. This was rectified quite quickly. There was a smell of sewage in the bar and lobby area. The down stairs toilet was out of action so that was the suspected cause of the smell. The location was great and the view once we got one was fab"

"Room was ok, there was a smell coming from the drains but nothing too bad. We didn’t interact with staff as we were in a separate building. Only issue we had was on check in, the staff tried to recharge me for the stay - despite having pre paid. The manager stepped in and sorted this out eventually. We didn’t use the bar or breakfast facilities."

"Staff were very welcoming. Room was clean and lovely. Bathroom a little dated, with some cracked/ chipped tiles but nothing that affected our stay. Great location for ExCel and perfect to relax in the deck on a sunny spring morning. "

"We arrived & checked is easily and up to our room which didn’t give a wow factor, it looked like it had been rush cleaned and not very well. Slept ok after we managed to ignore the loud humming noise we could hear outside. Breakfast the next morning was mediocre for the price, not a great deal to choose from. Staff were all very polite and helpful. "

"Hands down the worse experience of hotel I have ever experienced I will be asking for my money back as I felt like victim not a guest.. so got back from the O2 12 last night went to get back into my room and there was a door before are room what would lead to 3 more rooms well trying to unlock the 1st door and nothing happened it wouldn't open so we went down to reception when they issued us a new key what also didn't work then we went back and they got someone to go with us after now waiting 20 minutes for him to find out he can't unlock the door so counting this is are 4th trip back to reception were now sat at reception for a hour or so for him to come back and confirm he's not gonna be able to get us in are room tonight with all my belongings in and my medication what I was due and needed through out the night he said there's nothing we can do come back at 7 and are maintenance man would be able to unlock the door he said in the mean time we will get you a new room to sleep in now it's close to 2am so issues us a key sends us up to the room key not working 5th trip to reception they sent someone one up now... Opens the door and 2 people sleeping in there bed we're very startled and shocked and rightly so they put us in a room someone was already in.. trip 6 back to reception told them what happened they then took another 10 mins sent a colleague in to do the same to another room and he walk in on another guest it's about 2.15 till we get a room (no more characters left) "

"A phenomenal stay! So peaceful, which is amazing because there is active construction work going on outside. Couldn’t hear a thing with the window closed and was high up enough to still enjoy the fresh air with the window open. Lovely views. A home away from home. The place was so spotless. Made me feel comfortable immediately. Everything worked. Bathroom was spotless. Water was a little lukewarm but I find this in hotels depending on the time. Not an issue for me personally. Another note, is that there wasn’t a lock on the back of the door. I still felt very safe irrespective of this but for additional peace of mind I think this will be a good addition. Door is keycard access only. Didn’t use it but I visited the laundry room and this too was spotless! 100% will be back. A beautiful ApartHotel. Everyone was friendly and informative. Sam was a diamond upon checkout! :) Roof terrace was lovely too! The attention to detail here is felt from the moment you step into the lobby, get into the lift and into your room. HIGHLY Recommend! :) Thank you Vertus Edit CW! Feel really rested and will definitely be back. "

"Prime location, loads of activities to do like indoor swimming pool, gym, cinema, and games room. The view from 20th floor seating area was wonderful. Even though the room was small but it had everything we needed."
