"My only complaint was the lack of sit down dining options. Their main restaurant was closed on Monday & Tuesday leaving only the Trail Deli as a breakfast option. The food at the deli was delicious and low-priced but it was usually pretty crowded due to lack of another breakfast option in the hotel. Everything else was just fine. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful and they kept the renovation noise down to a minimum. "

"Staff was very warm and professional. Staff member shuttling bags, from and to the ferry, had a great attitude, was enthusiastic, and had our bags were where they needed to be."

"The location is perfectly located across from the Soo Locks and we could see and the ships in the Locks. Quick 2 minute walk to the locks, itself. Nice, cozy room. Very nice front desk staff. Would stay there again."
