"Good location and very good value for money "

"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"We came to stay at Willin hotel on Saturday. The owners, Lukas and Samina, couldn’t do enough for you, they was really, lovely people. The breakfast was cooked fresh just as I asked. The room was small. But for a Blackpool hotel, it did its purpose. The towels and shower gel, and tea/coffee facilities in our room was a lovely additional touch for the price. Warm, comfortable and clean. Thank you, we will be back. Highly recommend. "

"The hotel is quirky and is well decorated plus in a great location, however the issue of cleaning standards, no soft closing doors to prevent constant banging and a lack of staff presence after 10pm which resulted in absolutely no sleep due to other guests being antisocial has ruined the stay at this property"

"Lovely stay at a very friendly hotel. We were made to feel welcome on arrival and the hotel owners Paul and Scarlet could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We did not book breakfast but it was there for us each day if we wanted it. Paul recommended other bars for us to attend and helped reassure us about one we weren't sure about. All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Dragon Fly and will certainly return "
