"Staff and cleanliness superb. Disappointed that the tv was not working. There was a problem with all the new smart tv’s it seems, but our plan after a long day and needing an early start in the morning was to chill out watching Strictly! So very disappointing. Mattress was very hard, otherwise everything great. "

"The room in the annex was great, the bed comfortable and had everything we needed. The facilities were amazing, we really enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Buffet breakfast was included with the room and was delicious too!"

"Wonderful overnight stay for my sons 17th birthday. Room was lovely very clean with various tea, coffe and hot chocolate sachets with kettle in the room. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer in the room. Shower was amazing with lovely shampoo conditioner and bodywash available. Comfy beds and pillows. Staff were lovely. Lucy receptionist was amazing. I had a birthday banner and balloons for my sons birthday on the sunday. Lucy stayed after her shift and set these up in the restaurant reserved a table for breakfast for us. Above and beyond customer service. Breakfast was amazing with huge amounts of choice. We were late up in the morning and should have checked out by 11am. I asked if we could extend the room as my son needed to shower, no problem. Pool was lovely. Definitely would go vack."
