"Beatiful old building carefully decorated.Room was spacious elegant and spotless.staff were friendly and helpful.Organised trip to Auschwitz for us.excellent service.Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast room was quiet and peacefull.We requested a room overlooking the square and were delighted with our 4th floor room with small balcony and view across the square and the lovely Chrismas tree.Thank you for a woderful weekend.Will definatey return and recommend to others"

We had breakfast included in our stay and were so glad we did as the restaurant was in a beautiful spot overlooking the park and the food was really nice with plenty of choice. "The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."

"The attention to detail was brilliant, it was my partners birthday and they provided cake, balloons and a letter from the staff for a small fee. We were always greeted by staff at the reception and the room/hotel was spotless and incredibly attentive. Would stay here again and have recommended to all friends and family who are looking at visiting Krakow. "
