"Fantastic hotel. Staying at the Granbell Kyoto makes me only want to book at Granbell in the future. Can’t wait to check out other hotels from this chain. I genuinely felt at home. Staff was helpful and friendly and the place was beautiful. "
"Absolutely everything of this hotel was fantastic. Location amazing to walk to all the areas and if not, we could get a taxi right at our door. Great shopping restaurants transportation were all right at our fingertips. The staff personable and eager to help in any way they could."
"6 stars out of 5. The room was great. The staff was nice. Breakfast every morning was super fresh and delicious with many options. 24/7 free coffee machine that can make latte and mocha and matcha and hot chocolate. Free cup of sake every night. Heated toilet seats and a fancy bidet. Right in the middle of the busy Kyoto city life but out of the way and quiet on the inside. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and for one tent the price I would expect."
"Good service all together. Good location for site seeing. Hotel’s shuttle service to and from Kyoto station was very helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast, too. "
