"You check in with a virtual agent which is a little weird. The room itself was disgusting- I saw two bugs crawling around the room before I went to bed and the sink had no drain stopper. It was just an open hole which is probably where the bugs came up from but you could see all the buildup and stuff inside. The AC kept cutting out so I woke up in sweats (the setting wasn’t on AUTO). The bed is so thin and the pillows had to have been sat on by someone for 70 years because they were also so thing and yellowed and so uncomfortable. I’ve stayed at other Motel 6’s and none have been this disgusting and scary on the inside."

"The fire pit was only turned on 1/4 nights. Garbage under the bedside table. No linens for the pull out bed, and only 2 towels. The front desk people were pretty rude. Rude when i asked for linens for the bed. Rude when i asked for towels (we had 2 adults and 2 kids 2 towels weren't enough) and the rudest was the checkout lady who acted like we were disturbing her by talking to us. Practically glaring at us. The older lady who did breakfast most days was super sweet though! Everyone could take lessons from her! "
