The only issue was that the mattress felt poor quality and sunk in significantly. Aside from this, everything else was excellent. "

"The Flora is beautifully maintained, clean and well-equipped. Location is perfect, very near seafront and main town square and yet lovely & quiet. Staff are lovely, very helpful and hotel shuttle to airport was very well-priced. Only niggle for us was the beds - extremely firm and not that comfortable. "

"This is our 5th stay here. We usually use the restaurant pool below the hotel but it looks to be shut down. The water pressure was poor and the WiFi was very slow and inconsistent "

"Great accommodation and location. Let down by poor communication by the administrative staff. Our requests for an iron and an electric fan were met with indifference. Never got that help. In addition, being charged for a key safe for valuables was a new experience. It is normally an integral part of the service. Never been charged for that until now. However, all-in-all we considered that the apartment was a real gem with all good facilities including the swimming pool."

"A friendly place with helpful staff. Well located near to the beach and the main center of Alcudia. My main dislike (and not a big deal for me) is that the wall are a bit thin, A light sleeper might get disturbed by their neighbors."
