I love the white blinds in every room and the wood floors. It feels so much like home. I would definitely book here again. All staff was very friendly and a tremendous help to us in every way. "This was a wonderful hotel with spacious rooms, especially for NYC. Everything worked well and the staff were all very helpful. A small complaint is that the adjacent restaurant, where we got a 15% discount for breakfast, did not open till 8:00, and I had a meeting starting then."

"The room was central to Times Square and close to different types of restaurants and stores, so a great location. Rooms were small, could've been cleaned a little better and the bed could've been more comfortable. Too much smoking going on in the non smoking rooms but that's not the hotel that's inconsiderate customers. View was really nice, would stay again."
