"It was great having the extra space compared to other hotel rooms for our family of four. The beds were comfy, and the kitchenette was so convenient. We had a minor issue with the bathroom shower during our stay, and I was able to text the property manager and they sent maintenance out to fix it while we were out. I enjoyed being able to handle requests and checkout via text. Overall a stress-free stay. "

"Stunning view and sunset the rooms were huge and amazing, and the staff were super friendly. One minor surprise was the huge cruise ship outside our window on the Sunday morning. It wasn't really a negative, but definitely a surprise."

"Not the experience I expected from a Premium Resort. It started with the numerous text I received to register with Open Key in order to check in. The App didn’t work. I called the resort for help, got transferred around. It took 4 calls to reach someone to help. They are no longer using Open Key. We arrived around noon, the room wasn’t ready and were told they would text us. Never received a text. Went to the desk at 4pm, they told me to come back because the internet was down for three hours. I asked when, they didn’t know. I had to keep checking back to finally get a room at 5:30pm. Didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. Everyday the beach was covered with sea grass, had to push it aside to get into the water. I prepaid for breakfast, was charged for gratuity for each day. The room was fine, the rest of the resort seemed dirty. We got frustrated with everything and checked out a day early. Book elsewhere, don’t waste your money here!"

"It was a great vacation. The sites and room were clean. Very family friendly and the shuttle back and forth into town and the onsite starbucks was also a plus. Would definently stay here again. "
